New Patients

Welcome to Vargas Face and Skin Center! We are thrilled you are here and considering us for your next cosmetic treatment. Our doctor and medical staff are here for you and dedicated to providing you with the best care possible. 

Dr. Hannah Vargas is a board certified surgeon specializing in facial cosmetics. Dr. Vargas performs all surgical and in-office procedures, as well as injectables.

Sarah Maxwell is a registered nurse specializing in non-surgical treatments, with a focus in injectables.

Our medical team is trained to provide laser and SPA treatments as well as customizing skincare products for your needs.

New Patient Check List

  • Write down your aesthetic goals and as well as questions to ask during your consultation.
  • Print and complete the New Patient Form to bring with you to your appointment.
  • Please arrive on time so that we can respect yours and scheduled patients’ time.
  • You are welcome to bring a guest to your consultation as some patients find comfort in the opinion of others.

Consultation Fees

When you schedule a consultation with Dr. Hannah Vargas, the fee is $100. This fee includes your initial consultation as well as a follow up consult. When you schedule a recommended procedure the consult fee will be applied towards the cost of treatment. If you decide to not move forward with treatment, this fee is simply for Dr. Vargas’s time and expertise.  All Rhinoplasty patients must consult with Dr. Vargas.

Complimentary consultations can also be scheduled with our Patient Care Coordinator, Tiffany Buck. Tiffany is able to provide recommendations for Dr. Vargas as well as answer questions, review photos, and provide quotes.

Complimentary laser and SPA consultations can be scheduled with our Medical Aesthetician, Maija Jorgensen. Maija can provide you with a tailored treatment plan as well as answer questions, review photos, and provide quotes.

Often patients are looking for financing options when considering cosmetic procedures. We are proud to offer multiple options for our patients.  Take a moment to review our payment and financing options. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that our patients provide us with 24 hours notice for cancelations. No-shows will be charged the $100 fee and must be paid prior to rescheduling. The fee will be charged to the credit card used to book the consultation. We thank you for your compliance with this policy.
